Return policy

All products purchased from cagolfcartsforsale are covered by a 30-day free replacement or refund warranty, starting from the date of purchase.


Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only available under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives physically damaged

  • The item has missing parts or accessories

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is significantly different from the description

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Properly and securely repackaged

If damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging, the buyer agrees to assume responsibility for the loss.


Reporting an Issue

If your order is defective, incorrect, or does not match the product description, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange shipment of the correct product.

Returns Window

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed reason for the return

    • Supporting photos or videos

  2. Once approved, you will receive:

    • A Return Authorization Number (RA#)

    • The address of the nearest return warehouse

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
    We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • Returned items must be shipped as a gift, as we do not cover customs or import fees for returns to Canada


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you request cancellation before processing or shipment, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and payment processing fees.


Non-Refundable Reasons
